About one2love Agency

one2love Agency is a proudly South African design studio crafting digital, print and branding solutions for businesses of all sizes, anywhere in the world. With a focus on relationships, not just deliverables, we blend creative and technical excellence to build bold, beautiful work that lasts.

From social media graphics to corporate reports, brand identities to websites—we love what we do, and it shows in the work.

We’re looking for a mid-weight designer who can jump in, own their role, and grow with us. Someone who’s confident crafting visuals that feel considered and cohesive, whether for a digital campaign or a printed annual report.

Role Summary

We’re seeking a hands-on Mid-Weight Graphic Designer who can confidently tackle everything from social posts and layout design to brand rollouts and reports. You’ll work directly with our Creative Director and Project Managers, and often directly with clients, so communication skills are as important as craft.

If you’re detail-oriented, independent, and care about clean, consistent output, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and execute high-quality marketing collateral: social media posts, ads, banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, posters, etc.
  • Layout long-form content with precision: corporate reports, booklets, documents, investor decks.
  • Maintain consistency across assets, adhering to and evolving brand guidelines.
  • Liaise with clients directly to understand briefs, present ideas, and incorporate feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and Project Managers to scope and deliver work.
  • Prepare final files for print and digital formats, ensuring production readiness.

High-Value Bonus Skills

Not required, but a major plus if you bring experience in:

  • Packaging Design: From concept through to print-ready files and technical spec sheets.
  • Web Design / UI/UX: Understanding of layout for digital interfaces and best practices for responsive design (wireframes, mockups, etc.—no coding).

What You Bring

  • 2–5+ years of professional graphic design experience (preferably agency or studio-based).
  • A portfolio that showcases your strength in layout, branding, and digital design.
  • Proficiency in:
    • Adobe InDesign (layout precision and long-form work)
    • Adobe Illustrator (logos, vector graphics)
    • Adobe Photoshop (image prep, mockups)
    • Figma (bonus, but not required)
  • A meticulous eye for layout, alignment, typography, and brand consistency.
  • Confidence working independently and communicating clearly with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to receive feedback without ego, and respond with smart solutions.
  • Comfort juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines calmly.

Salary & Benefits

This is a mid-weight role with a monthly salary ranging between R15,000 and R30,000, depending on your level of experience and additional skill sets. Designers with 2–3 years of solid design experience, excellent layout skills, and some digital proficiency typically fall on the lower to mid-end of the range.

Designers closer to senior level, with 4–5+ years of experience, the ability to interface directly with clients, and bonus skills like packaging or UI/UX design, will be offered towards the upper end of the range.

Salaries have been benchmarked using South African market data.

What We Offer

  • Remote flexibility (South Africa-based only)
  • Access to a variety of work: digital, print, packaging, branding
  • A values-driven studio culture that cares about people and output
