Long-time working partners and even longer-time friends, Kirstin and Sampi brought their very different skill sets to the table and decided that one2love would be the place where they would pour their passion. Together, they set out to build an agency, not just for themselves, but one that focuses on offering clients a creative, thoughtful, and collaborative experience—designed to bring ideas to life with care and ease. For them, it was the belief that brands could be more than just visuals—they could tell stories that resonate, inspire, and endure. Founded with a passion for creativity and a love for connection, one2love has grown into a team of dreamers, doers, and storytellers.

Kirstin brings a wealth of experience in her role as new business director. A Stellenbosch University and UCT honours graduate in Business Law and Information Systems, her diverse background has shaped her role as a strategic powerhouse within the digital landscape. Founder and co-partner, and formerly a senior team member at various specialist agencies including NATIVE VML, she now acts as project lead. Heading up the new business development and strategic planning with our clients, to ensure every project is not just creative but deeply connected to its purpose.
Born in Argentina and calling South Africa home since 2002, Mariana brings a unique global perspective to her role as Operations Manager at one2love. Since joining in 2016, she orchestrates the interplay between departments, working closely with directors, technology leads, creative studio, and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery. As Operations & Project Manager, she optimizes processes and fosters collaborative team dynamics that consistently exceed client expectations. Her effective communication across all organizational levels has been key to building one2love’s reputation for efficient, high-quality service delivery.
Samuel Kamffer, known to most as Sampi, is the Creative and Technical Director and co-founder of one2love. With over two decades of experience in the design industry—including notable stints at prestigious agencies like Fishbone Ad Agency—Sampi combines strategic vision with technical expertise to lead one2love’s creative teams. His role involves guiding projects from concept to execution, ensuring designs are visually compelling, technically flawless and strategically effective. Passionate about crafting memorable brand experiences, Sampi prioritizes clarity, functionality, and impact in every project.
With over a decade of experience in the advertising industry, Lara joined one2love as a Digital Account Project Manager in 2018. Her career began at M&C Saatchi Abel and NATIVE VML, where she honed her skills in capacity management, workflow planning and production, excelling in building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. She has collaborated with major retailers like Edgars and Foschini. Her dynamic role encompasses diverse responsibilities, ensuring effective project execution and impactful social media strategies that resonate with both clients and their audiences.
