We will be rolling out a new centralised DNS (Domain Name System) to our hosting clients.
This change brings a swath of improvements.
- Faster domain resolving for faster website loading;
- Enhanced resilience and availability of the DNS service;
- Better protection against DDoS attacks;
- Simplified DNS management – just one pair of nameservers and IPs for all servers.
We are starting a gradual switch to the new centralized DNS. We will be informing our clients by email, confirming when it will be safe to update DNS settings to the new ones or if we are managing the domains we will be doing the changes in due time. The old DNS system will continue to be supported for several more months, till the migration to the new one is fully completed.
